Mounted on a 30″ x 48″ steel base, “Life is Good” is a combination of two Standard Smooth Dachshunds, “A Good Life” and “Life’s a Ball!”
“Life is Good” SS, Standard Smooth, is a combination of two pieces, “Life’s a Ball!” SS and “A Good Life” SS. A collector mused that, when placed this way, they look like they are both playing with the ball. I agreed and mounted them to a steel base for the first show for “Life is Good,” the 2001-2002 Heart of Evergreen Sculpture Walk, Evergreen, CO. The photos shown were taken in June 2002, at Hudson Gardens, Littleton, CO, during the 2002 Garden of Sculpture.
